Events we decorate

How we work

  1. Tell us the date and venue

    Send us the date of your event, the venue and roughly how many guests you expect. We'll confirm whether the date is free.

  2. We agree on the style together

    We talk about colours, flowers and what exactly you want decorated. You receive a proposal and a price quote.

  3. We set up the decor

    We arrive before your guests and put everything in place: usually on the day of the event, sometimes the day before.

  4. We clear up afterwards

    When the event ends we take the decor down, so you don't have to deal with anything.

Frequently asked questions

How much does decor for an event cost?

The price depends on the size of the venue, the number of tables and the flowers you choose. Once you tell us the details, we send you a personalised quote with no commitment.

How far in advance should we contact you?

As early as possible, once you have the date and the venue. In wedding season (May to September) weekends book up quickly, so we recommend getting in touch a few months ahead.

Can we choose the colours and flowers?

Yes. We start from what you like: colours, flowers, photos you've saved on Instagram or Pinterest. Then we suggest options that suit the venue and your budget.

Do you handle set-up and take-down?

Yes. We set up before the event, on the day or the day before, and clear the decor away at the end.

Do you work outside Cluj?

Yes. We are based in Cluj-Napoca and decorate across Cluj County and the neighbouring counties: Alba, Bihor, Bistrița-Năsăud, Maramureș, Mureș and Sălaj.

Do you only decorate weddings?

No. We also decorate christenings, birthdays, 18th birthdays, anniversaries and other family events.
